Patrick Carroll, is an experienced leader with over 25 years as an executive leading global companies that have served a variety of end markets including mining, oil & gas, utility, constructi on, waste & recycling, industrial automation as well as ERP software platforms and digital connectivity of remote as sets. As a CEO Patrick has significant experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as factory startups at both greenfield and brownfield sites. As a growth oriented executive, Patrick brings a fundamental strength and focus on innovation and leveraging new product development for improved results of the companies he has led as well as the customers in the end markets.

Patrick is the past Chairman and currently serves on the Environmental Research and Education Foundation (EREF) Board. He has also served on the Board of Trustees for National Waste and Recycling Association (NWRA) and NWRA PAC Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from Montana Tech and an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin.
