Lorinda Casanova

Lorinda spent 34 years at 3M Company, a Fortune 100 firm, in many different management capacities for the following markets; Industrial, Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Building and Construction, and Fire Protection Products, with yearly revenue exceeding $800M. Through her diverse management experiences, she implemented and provided strategic direction for management teams and various client organizational operations, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Tech Service, and Plants globally, to improve distribution and vendor/supplier alliances, giving her the expertise to manage a company of that scale.

Lorinda’s success in meeting and exceeding all of her financial objectives in all capacities within the organization and her strong leadership to include employee development has given her the respect of all departments within the 3M organization.

Lorinda’s passion for working with people and assisting organizations in achieving their goals has been evident throughout her career. She has a track record of leading cross-functional teams to improve communication, streamline processes, understand regulatory requirements, establish compliance programs and enhance team dynamics. Using her leadership abilities, she also helps companies navigate changes in corporate culture and foster stronger employee relationships.

In collaboration with executive leadership, Lorinda ensured that departmental decisions, staffing, and objectives were aligned to drive the organization’s success. She developed and implemented policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that were adopted company-wide to maintain certification standards.
