Mr. Sathre was named SEPMI’s General Counsel in January of 2023. He brings a broad range and depth of legal experience to our team developed through fourteen years of robust complex commercial litigation and corporate law practice at multiple large national law firms. Mr. Sathre’s experience includes representation of both large and small business enterprises including Fortune 100 companies, multi-national financial institutions and start-up concerns at all phases including corporate structuring, organization, governance, institutional risk management and mitigation, through resolution of pre-litigation disputes and litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Sathre’s specialized experience and knowledge in the fields of regulatory compliance, risk management, human resources, contract negotiation and litigation are significant assets to our team.

Mr. Sathre is based in Minneapolis, MN. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
