Cassy Casanova serves as Vice President Sales at SEPMI, leveraging her extensive background in marketing and sales cultivated during her tenure at 3M. With a primary focus on the Electrical and Industrial sectors, Cassy’s career has been marked by a proven ability to manage both direct and indirect sales channels.
With over 37 years at 3M, a Fortune 100 company, Cassy’s last role involved managing national sales in the western U.S. for 3M ACCR high-capacity conductors, catering to transmission projects ranging from 115 kV to 500 kV. Notable utilities she collaborated with include LADWP, Southern California Edison, PG&E, and WAPA.
Throughout her tenure at 3M, Cassy achieved multiple corporate and divisional accolades in sales, marketing, product development, and sales leadership. Her track record speaks volumes, consistently exceeding sales forecasts, fostering account development, and driving stakeholder effectiveness. Additionally, Cassy’s expertise extends to new product development, where she spearheaded initiatives resulting in sales exceeding $20 million within the first three years.
